I found the course sessions well-paced for someone who works full time. The group discussions were useful — hearing others' questions often clarified things I hadn't articulated yet. I'd suggest the Complete Programme could benefit from slightly more time on the capital markets sessions, but overall the format works.

Starting point

What they did
They enrolled in the Literacy Course the following month. Working through the trade structures and lease structures sessions gave them the context they needed for the specific terms appearing in their work documents. The reading notes were used as a reference for several weeks after.
What changed
The participant described being able to read and discuss company banking documents without needing to look up terms or defer every question to colleagues.
